A free 15 minutes consultation is offered to determine whether our collaboration is a good fit. Mutual assessment will be made if services we offer are right for your condition. The initial consultation is conducted by phone. Please provide phone number by which you may be reached for your appointment.

We offer Holistic Nutrition coaching, NES Health Bio-energetic assessment and correction,  and PSYCH-K® consultations in Boca Raton, FL and remotely by a secure online video conferencing for our national and international clients.

An intake form and a waiver will be emailed to you on your booking. Please fill it in, sign and email it back to healthwithinen@gmail.com no later than 24 hours prior to your visit. All information you provide is strictly confidential.

Remote clients booked for the NES Health consultation will have to purchase a scanner (Click here to order a scanner) or contact us directly. After filling the request form online or ordering a scanner via the phone, we will call you to collect the payment for the scanner. Once payment is received, a scanner will be shipped to the address you have provided. You will also receive detailed instructions on how to scan yourself and the details about our online meeting.

On booking your appointment, a a deposit fee of $25 will be collected over the phone. This fee is non-refundable for no shows or cancellations made later than 24h prior to your visit. In other cases, it will be deducted from the total fee of your visit.

Checks, Credit Cards  (excluding AMEX), Zelle, or cash are accepted forms of payment.

For credit card payments, an additional 3% convenience fee will be added to your bill.

All Session fees are non-refundable.

On-time arrival is expected to receive your full session.  If you arrive late and there is another appointment is scheduled immediately after yours, you will receive your session with the time remaining until the next schedule appointment.  You will be charged the full session price.

The NES Health Bio-energetic scan is an energetic assessment. NES Health and any of its products do not diagnose, cure, prevent or treat disease. If you have a medical condition or concern, please consult an appropriate health care professional. NES and its claims have not been evaluated by any government agency or regulatory organization.

PSYCH-K® is a helpful resource and may offer benefits for many psychological, and spiritual concerns. It is NOT a substitute for medical diagnosis, drug therapy, surgery, radiation, or other conventional medical interventions or mental health assistance. Proper medical exams and diagnostic evaluations by your physician or other mental health professionals are an important aspect for healing and well-being. All clients are advised to consult with their physician or mental health therapist if they are concerned about engaging in the use of PSYCH-K® processes. PSYCH-K® is strictly limited to the modification of beliefs and their relationship to well-being.

If it`s not done by now, you must sign an agreement on file prior to our first scheduled session.  (This is not necessary for a free consultation.)

We assure you we will never sell your personal or private information gathered on/through this website or other means such as registering for Intro Webinars, etc. This information includes, but is not limited to, name, phone numbers, addresses, credit card numbers, and banking information. We never collecting or capturing any personal or private information without your knowledge.

As a client you agree to allow the sharing of your Success Stories publicly through written formats. Names and identifying details will be modified to maintain anonymity whenever possible if requested. Written Success Stories may be included in brochures, websites, articles, blogs or other media suitable for written content.

If you prefer your Success Stories not be shared, please make a request in writing so it may be noted and respected.

All information shared between client and Health Within and client and Natalie Gozdanker is kept private and your information will never be shared or sold.  Your identity and client confidentiality are considered strictly personal and confidant.  No information personal or otherwise will be shared outside the scope of the client/practitioner relationship.
